Faculty members may request a refund for eligible fees up until August 10, 2026. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and include any required supporting documentation.

Requests received on or before this date will be reviewed and processed in accordance with applicable administrative and financial procedures.

Beyond August 10, 2026, the Department of Family Medicine will not issue refunds under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made after this deadline.

It is the responsibility of faculty members to ensure that refund requests are submitted within the specified timeframe.

The registration fee covers accommodations, all scheduled meals, and participation in retreat activities. It also includes access to standard hotel facilities available to guests during the event. Additional services or incidental charges are not included unless explicitly stated.

A 1-night registration option is available for participants who are unable to attend the full retreat. You may choose to attend for either Friday or Saturday night.

This option includes overnight accommodations for the selected night, access to all retreat activities scheduled during that period, and meals corresponding only to your stay. Meal inclusions vary depending on the night selected, so it is important to review the ticket description carefully to confirm what is provided.

Participants selecting the 1-night option will not have access to accommodations or meals outside of their chosen night unless additional arrangements are made.

If you plan to bring your spouse, you must purchase additional meal tickets during registration to ensure they are included in all applicable dining arrangements. Spouse attendance does not automatically include meals unless these tickets are selected.

Children are welcome to attend; however, the retreat does not provide childcare services. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervision at all times, as well as arranging and covering all meals for their children unless otherwise specified.
