More Feet on the Ground

Learn to recognize, respond, and refer students experiencing mental health issues on campus and best practices for reflecting after interacting with someone who may be upset or distressed.

Who is it for? It’s for everyone! Everyone from the university community (student, staff, professor, family members, etc.) can take the course and learn about various mental health issues and learn how to support students around them who may be living with mental health concerns.

Does it cost anything? No, it’s completely free!

More Feet on the Ground is a project by the Centre for Innovation in Campus Mental Health, which is funded by the Ontario Government. It is backed by partners such as the Canadian Mental Health Association — Ontario, the Council of Ontario Universities, and the Ontario Undergraduate Student Alliance.
