What is the Wellness Continuum ?

During all stages of your life, it is normal to have a varying level of need for wellness. The Wellness Continuum is a tool to help you identify your current situation. By checking the visual below, you can identify how you feel. Whatever your current situation, please consult and explore the services and resources available to you.

This is not a diagnostic tool. Navigate the menu for services, resources and to educate yourself.
