The Resource Centre offers a wide range of services. Please note that certain services are reserved for Faculty of Education students, employees and professors.

Circulation desk services

• Loans and returns
• Reservation and loan of multimedia equipment
• Reserve collection for Education courses (Resource Centre's documents and professors' private collections)
• Basic technological support (Resource Centre's equipment, printing, photocopying, etc.)

Consultation 

• Technological support for the Resource Centre's equipment 
• Information literacy skills and reference (learning resources, databases, periodicals, etc.)

Distance services

The Resource Centre and the University of Ottawa Library offers to distance students (online, Toronto and Windsor Campus) loan and consultation services. Please check our Distance Services section for more information.

Self-Serve

The personal information collected and maintained through Omni, the library services platform, will be used by the University of Ottawa for the purposes of and those consistent with providing library services, including but not limited to tracking library materials and contacting library users who have outstanding materials or fines.
